The The Hidden Vault mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by The Hidden Vault (“The Hidden Vault”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to The Hidden Vault’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Hidden Vault through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

Delivery Notice
Due to the recent events of COVID-19, a slight delay could potentially be placed on your delivery.

Orders will be fulfilled nonetheless. Also you will still receive your order tracking info via email after processing. Processing takes 4-7 business days.

Due to Covid-19 we are unable to accept any returns.

Shipping Policy
All orders will receive a tracking number and shipping date once the order has processed.

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days ( weekends/ holidays excluded). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. Orders are not shipped based on favoritism, or hierarchy. No favors or deals are negotiated to get orders out early.

Items are shipped via USPS. The Hidden Vault is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to USPS error.

Subscription Cancellation Policy
New subscribers must continue subscription for 90 days to retain subscription discounts. We reserve the right to cancel the Subscription for any Charges 30 or more days overdue

Subscription Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, & DHL. The Hidden Vault is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to USPS error.

International Shipping Policy
